The New York City-based mall operator Rosedale Mall announced on Wednesday that it has opened its spring season in three new locations in the Queens Center Mall and New York Plaza Mall.
The first two locations are in the New York Square Mall, which opened in January, and Queens Plaza, which is set to open in the spring.
The mall also plans to open the mall in Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island later this year.
The Queens Plaza Mall, in the West Village, opened in late February, and it will also feature a new retail experience in its West Village.
The Queens Center mall opened in May, and the new Queens Plaza mall is set for its debut this spring.
The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) and the City of New York (NYC) are expected to sign off on the plans for the three new sites.
Rosedales plans to develop the New Queens Plaza area of the mall with a $200 million, five-story building and a new plaza that will include retail, restaurants, retail and other retail uses.
The plaza will include two levels of retail, with two retail spaces on each level.
The space on the upper level will be home to a new flagship store.
A New York Times article on the plan noted that the New Plaza will include a $2 billion “luxury” mall, which the mall will have a lease on for 30 years.
The article also noted that New York’s new plaza will be the first of its kind in the country.
The Times said that the plaza would include two towers, each with 100,000 square feet of retail space, and a hotel, office and residential towers.
The Times also noted the plaza will have “no entrances,” which will be a big deal for shoppers who have to walk across the street to the mall.
