It’s been a whirlwind of change for Orange Park, which has been transformed from a mostly industrial area in the 1970s to a mixed-use mall and office park with a wide array of shops and restaurants.
It’s become a destination for visitors to the city, as well as residents and locals alike.
The mall has also been a magnet for the local community.
In recent years, Orange Park has become one of the hottest property markets in the country.
The property’s sale value soared in April, as the downtown area saw a rise in home sales and the population boomed.
In addition, new condo towers have opened up around the mall and surrounding area.
Now that the mall is in a much-needed, long-term investment, the town’s leaders are looking to continue the revitalization project.
The first phase of the Orange Park project, dubbed The Town of Orange, will include a mix of residential, commercial and retail space.
The new retail space will include restaurants, cafes and a mix that is already on the ground.
For residents, this means a few things: -The town is investing in the area to give it a better mix of shops, restaurants, bars and events.
-Residents will be able to stay in their homes for more years than they currently can.
“Orange Park is a place that is a hub for the community,” said Mayor Steve Schulz.
“There are so many events, so many restaurants, so much opportunity for the area.
So, we’re going to really take advantage of that.”
The Town of Angelique, which will include the Orange and Angelique neighborhoods, is also part of the revitalisation plan.
This development will include an office park, two new retail stores, a shopping mall, and more residential and retail spaces.
Angelique will also have the support of the Town of Huntington Beach, which owns the property.
A new mall is expected to open by the end of the year.
In 2018, the Orange park mall will have 2,000 square feet of retail space, with 2,500 square feet on the site of the existing mall.
Residents will get access to an outdoor patio, a gym, a meeting and dining space, and a fitness center.
The new retail, entertainment and entertainment-oriented businesses will include live music and sports, as will restaurants.
The area will also see the installation of a new public transit line.
