Montgomery and Northlake mall have had their annual Christmas shopping season this year.
The mall’s stores are open until December 16th, but some Northlake shoppers are still taking advantage of the holiday shopping season.
According to Montgomery Mall spokeswoman Katie Sorenson, Northlake is open from December 16 until December 20th and will continue to be open for shoppers until January 20th.
She said the mall does not have a closure policy and they’re not closing stores during the holiday season.
“Northlake Mall is open during normal business hours and we are continuing to be in compliance with all the mall rules,” she said.
She added that they’re still reviewing the new store code, but said the retail store’s entrance will be open and will remain open until the new code goes into effect on January 20.
The mall also has another big Christmas event scheduled for December 16: the Montgomery County Christmas Market.
The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., with vendors selling Christmas gifts, Christmas trees and holiday products.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office said it will not have any restrictions on sales at the event, which is open to the public.
Sorenson said that during the event they are planning to have Santa Claus, a character from the TV show “The Simpsons,” perform.
“We’re just trying to get everyone to come out and enjoy the holidays with family and friends,” she told The Huffington Post.
