WASHINGTON, DC–(BUSINESS WIRE)–(BUSOM)–(AUGUST 27, 2018)–Simon and Shuster have announced that they will open a brand new Mall in the West Village that will include an entire mall and several restaurants.
Simon and Shusters will also be adding new retail and food services.
The mall is expected to open in 2019.
The mall will feature a variety of retailers, including: a clothing store; a beauty store; and a fashion store.
The stores will be located across the street from the new Simon and Schuster Center for Creative Technologies, and across from the mall’s current Simon & Schuster Health &=amp Beauty, which currently occupies the same space.
Simon &s; Schusters will be able to open their new flagship store in 2021.
Simon and Schusters’ acquisition of the West Park Place mall, a longtime anchor of the area’s downtown, is the latest development in Simon &ing; Schusters efforts to expand its footprint and create a vibrant and dynamic shopping environment for all of its customers.
The new Simon &ams; Schurtz Center for Creativity will feature more than 50,000 square feet of space, with new retail outlets for the retail group and an additional 10,000 seats for a live entertainment stage.
The Mall will also feature the largest and most expansive selection of outdoor seating in the country, and will be home to Simon &am; Schursts brand new boutique stores, including the new B&SH department store.
In 2019, Simon &ass; Schuren’s newly-designed Simon <Schuster Health andamp;amp Beauty will be the flagship store, with a mix of contemporary and retro styles.
It will also house a full-service pharmacy, wellness center, bar, restaurant, and a large, comfortable patio.
Simon&amp;Schusters will also open a new outdoor shopping and entertainment area on the second floor of the B&ing;Sh store, a space that will host concerts and other entertainment.
The Simon * Schushings B&ams;T store will also add a full menu of fresh foods and beverages.
The retail center will feature an outdoor seating area, a new pharmacy, and an expanded food court, and the new food court will include a full selection of local and regional favorites.
The new Simon*Schurts B&s;T, with its more than 30,000 sq. ft. of space and its signature shopping experience, will be a hub for Simon &&=amps creativity.
